Frenkie de Jong has been ruled out for the rest of the season after sustaining a knee injury during Barcelona's La Liga match against Real Betis on Saturday.

The Dutch midfielder was forced off in the second half with what appeared to be a serious injury, and he was taken off on a stretcher. De Jong is currently undergoing tests to determine the extent of his injury, but it is expected that he will miss the remainder of the campaign.
